We understand your concern with the rattling noise your MagicCure lamp is making. We can assure you that nothing is broken inside your lamp.
On the bottom of your lamp are two little "feet". They are used to prop your lamp up if you have something higher that needs to go under it, like a taller mold. They make a "rattling" noise when the lamp is moved. It's completely normal.
