We are sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged and that you are missing items from your shipment. Unfortunately, once it leaves our warehouse, package claims are out of our control. Check your invoice to determine if Route Insurance was purchased.
* If Route Insurance WAS purchased at checkout, then please file a claim through Route: https://claims.route.com. They will require your order number, email address and pictures of your package. Once they approve your claim for replacement, we’ll have that mailed out as soon as possible.
* If Route WAS NOT purchased, please file a claim through USPS or UPS depending on the delivery method. Withoute Route Insurance, all claims will need to go directly through the postal service. Packages are insured up to $100.
