We are sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged and that you are missing items from your shipment. Check your invoice to determine if Shipping Protection was purchased.
* If Shipping Protection WAS NOT purchased, please file a claim through USPS or UPS depending on the delivery method. Without Shipping Protection, all claims will need to go directly through the postal service. Packages are insured up to $100.

How To Submit Your Claim
Take pictures of everything you did receive along with your packaging if there was damage. Also take a picture of your packaging slip and tell us what you were missing or what was damaged. Once you have your documentation, you can file your claim by emailing the information and pictures to [email protected]. Include your order number. Your claim will then be reviewed for replacement. Allow 1-3 business days for an email response from customer service.
