We are sorry to hear that you are missing something in your order. Our orders go through 3 quality checks prior to packaging, and we pride ourselves on a high level of quality. Many times however, small items especially, get stuck to other products in the shipment. You may also find items inside other products - for example, we place small items inside the lamp box.
If you are still not able to locate your missing item, please take a picture of your package to show the condition of the package when you received it, all of the items in your package, and your packing slip so we can further look into this. Please understand that without a physical store, photographs and email communication are the next best way to help you. Including pictures of all the items in your order helps us know exactly what we can do to assist you in the best possible way.
