How do I cancel my order?Updated 6 months ago

We understand your concern with wanting to cancel your order. Please keep in mind that our order fulfillment happens quickly, therefore, there are times that we are unable to cancel orders.  If we are able to cancel your order, we would like to inform you that there is a 6% service charge that will be deducted from your refund due to the processing fees we incur. The refund to your card takes approximately 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.  

If you would still like to proceed with cancelling your order, please email us your order number along with a note in your email confirming that you are aware of the 6% cancellation fee.  If you do not note that you are aware of the cancellation fee, there may be a delay in cancelling your order as we will need to have the confirmation in writing before proceeding.
